Technical purpose of product or process New Jersey profile road safety barriers are road safety devices designed and sized to resist to impacts from means of transport, dissipating the energy of the impact itself. "The “ABESCA H120 FAST” barrier can be used both in the center of the road as a central traffic island, to separate the two lanes and prevent vehicles from accessing in the opposite direction, or on the two sides of the road as an edge lateral, in order to prevent vehicles from leaving the road. The modules are connected to each other at the top, thanks to a system for quick installation, disassembly and restoration in case of accident, called “FAST”. Furthermore, depending on the performance required, it can simply be placed on the floor or connected to the ground by 6 anchoring nails, with reduced insertion, easily removable and inspectable."
General comment on data set The road barrier "ABESCA H120 FAST" is still “Not yet in the market”, therefore the primary data collected in this study refers to production or representative products, referring to the year 2022. Based on M3 No cut-off elements were considered, therefore it is believed that the data represents at least 99% of the total flows (mass and energy) of phases A1, A2 and A3.

1This impact category deals mainly with the eventual impact of low dose ionizing radiation on human health of the nuclear fuel cycle. It does not consider effects due to possible nuclear accidents, occupational exposure nor due to radioactive waste disposal in underground facilities. Potential ionizing radiation from the soil, from radon and from some construction materials is also not measured by this indicator.
2The results of this environmental impact indicator shall be used with care as the uncertainties on these results are high or as there is limited experiences with the indicator.
